No, really.  I bought it because an Indian recipe I made called for it, and we've been using it in practically everything ever since.



Yes, ginger garlic paste.  It's very potent, and much more flavorful than those jars of chopped or even minced garlic.   It's perfect in stirfry.  My local indian grocer also has garlic paste, which I'm going to try next.
